Seabuckthorn wine vinegar
Unfiltered and unpasteurised, raw vinegar with “the Mother”
With notes of Apricots and Chocolate, a juicy sweet and bitter attack, Cranberry freshness and sour Orange acidity
Gathered on the East Coast of Scotland in the late Autumn of 2016
The Berries were mashed whole and fermented into a strong pure Seabuckthorn wine.
Left “on the pulp” for a whole year before pressing
Then fermented to Vinegar using even more freshly squeezed SeaBuckthorn juice in the process.
After fermentation the vinegar had a full year to mature before finally being bottled in January 2019

Vegan friendly and gluten free with no sulphites or preservatives
and no added chemicals, colourings or flavourings
