Elderberries make fantastic wine and fantastic wines makes excellent vinegar.
We hand harvest our Elderberries then simply mash and ferment them twice.
Once to wine then again to vinegar.
Every drop is then naturally settled and fully matured before bottling.
Vegan friendly and gluten free with no sulphites or preservatives
available in 150ml and 50ml bottles
