A fine golden Ale, which once fermented again, became a bright and zesty 4% acid Alegar. ( Ale Vinegar )
To literally ‘double down’ on the flavour we boiled the Vinegar, reducing it by half and thoroughly intensifying the malt.
A blend of dark and white sugar were added for balance and Agar to set.
