Kelp wine vinegar
Unfiltered and unpasteurised, raw vinegar with “the Mother”
Using fresh raw Kelp gathered from the crisp clean waters of the North Sea we first brew a strong seaweed wine that’s left whole for months to fully infuse and mature before fermenting again in traditional Oak barrels using even more Kelp in the process.
Every drop is then naturally settled and fully matured before bottling.
A most versatile liquid this works surprisingly well in almost anything adding bags of flavour while enhancing acidity, vibrancy and bite.
Vegan friendly and gluten free with no sulphites or preservatives
and no added chemicals, colourings or flavourings
available in 150, 250 and 50ml sample size
