Birch leaf vinegar

Unfiltered and unpasteurised, raw vinegar with “the Mother”

This is a dry, herbaceous and slightly spicy vinegar made from Spring harvested Birch leaves.

The sticky, resinous young leaves are crushed and fermented to wine first. Left to infuse for as long as they need then pressed and fermented once more to vinegar. Every drop is then naturally settled and fully matured before bottling.

5% acidity

Vegan friendly and gluten free with no sulphites or preservatives

and no added chemicals, colourings or flavourings

available in 150ml and 50ml bottles
