Beech leaf vinegar

Unfiltered and unpasteurised, raw vinegar with “the Mother”

In early Spring, shortly after the sap starts to rise and the leaves unfurl, we begin the harvest for this soft, verdant green and sweet apple citrus flavoured vinegar. Fermenting the leaves to wine first and leaving the wine to rest, whole, then fermenting once more to vinegar before being left to naturally settle and mature.

Vegan friendly and gluten free with no sulphites or preservatives

and no added chemicals, colourings or flavourings

available in 150ml and 50ml bottles
